At the recent Sustainability Officersโ ID Event, the Sustainability Hub made a conscious choice to skip disposable cups โ and instead, provided reusable cups for all participants.
The result?
Dozens of single-use cups avoided, less waste heading to landfills, and one meaningful step toward greener events at the Technion.
It might seem like a minor logistical detail, but it reflects a major shift in mindset:
The understanding that it’s possible โ and necessary โ to host events without harming the environment.
