EuroTech Future Award 2023

Excellent research deserves to be recognized. We are proud of the achievements of our researchers that help Europe and the world advance on their way to a more sustainable future.

This is why today, the six EuroTech Universities – Technical University of Denmark (DTU), École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), École Polytechnique, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), and Technical University of Munich (TUM) – are launching a joint distinction, the EuroTech Future Award

 

 

 

 

With this award, we celebrate excellent scientific contributions to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals by EuroTech researchers that are at the beginning of their career.

The award comes with the following financial rewards:
  • 1st place: €2,000
  • 2nd place: €1,000
  • 3rd place: €500
and includes an award ceremony in Brussels.
Who is eligible?
  • Researchers who are employed by a EuroTech University in a non-permanent position at the time of the deadline and
  • Who have received their doctoral degree less than five years before the time of the deadline (exceptions can be made for proven career breaks).

The deadline for submissions is Sunday, 9 April 2023, 17:00 CET.
The award ceremony will take place on 22 June 2023 in Brussels.
